Το περιεχόμενο του Βιβλίου είναι η Ιστορική αναδρομή της Βορείου Ηπείρου, μαζί με όλες τις Συμφωνίες, τα Δικαιώματα των Βορειο Ηπειρωτών σαν αναγνωρισμένη Μειονότητα διεθνώς. Επίσης περιέχει τους αγώνες και τις δραστηριότητες της Πανηπειρωτικής Ομοσπονδίας Αμερικής με συγγραφέα τον διακεκριμένο καθηγητή Πανεπιστημίου Θράκης τον κ. Φάνη Μαλκίδη

Michael Servos, he is the inspirer and Pioneer of the Publication of a book under the tittle  THE GREEK NATIONAL MINORITY IN ALBANIA  in (3) Languages, Greek, English and Albania. The contents of the book deal with a Historic retrospection of Northern Epirus along with all the Pacts and the Human Rights of the Northern Epirotes, as a recognized Minority by the International Community. It, also, includes all the activities of the Panepirotic Federation of America. The writer of the book is the distinguished professor of the University of Thraki, Greece, Mr. Fanis Malkidis.
